Learning to Potty

Audrey was giving all the signs that it was time to start potty training. She knew (and hid) when it was time to go. She even asked to use the potty here and there. So we are giving it a shot. She demands we jump and cheer anytime she starts going #2. And wants fruit snacks immediately upon exiting the potty, whether it was a success or not. We've had more than a couple accidents. However, it's a cute site seeing this 2 year old walking around in her undies.

A Trip to the Mountains

We had the opportunity to spend the weekend in the Telluride with some friends who rented a house at 11,000 feet above the town. Although it was a long drive, it was a great trip and we were once again blown away by the beauty of the area.

We've been welcoming some new teeth over the last month. Those 2-year molars are no joke. With them have come lots of drooling, chewing on hands, tantrums, night terrors and lots of sleepless nights. The poor thing is almost through it! Big news in the last month, thinking maybe it would help with the sleeping (she loves sleeping in our bed after all...), we transitioned the crib to a toddler bed. This was one excited girl (it didn't much help with the sleeping, by the way :)
