Disney On Ice

Hana and I surprised the girls with Disney on Ice. They were mesmerized! Such a fun day. Although all the excitement made for tired girls who on the way home dis-invited each other to their birthday parties. Don't worry, they made up.

10 Months Old

We have steps! Right on his 10 month mark, he went from standing to taking 4 very cautious, shaky steps with me and Audrey cheering him on. But crawling is still the fastest way to get around.

He loves the trust fall. Holding his hands in the air and falling into you - we just have to make sure we are ready to catch.

Climbing things is his favorite past time. Climbing stairs, climbing chairs and then standing on the highest point. He's always very proud of himself, but I see a lot of head bonks in our future.
He also loves his sister's princess tent. He'll cruise in and laugh - especially when Audrey joins him.

The mom attachment is real. If I am in the room and can be seen or heard, he's heading toward me and wants to be in my arms. But there are moments of independent play as he gets more curious or finds things to climb.

Sleep is a thing of the past, as we have 1-2 wakes a night. And if he isn't responded to right away, he will just scream, for a long, long time.

His mop of blonde hair is often all over the place. Often with food in it. Since eating isn't his favorite thing, there is a lot of playing that happens in that high chair.

Such a fun, happy boy who loves to hug, laugh, wave, smile and slap.

Christmas Program

We were so impressed by Audrey's school's Christmas program this year. You could tell they practiced a lot. Especially because Audrey actually got up to a microphone and said her line in front of about 150 people in an auditorium 'Hurry! Santa will be awake soon.' She got to the last word before realizing she was embarrassed and rushing back. She sang her little heart out...as she does every day at home.

Thanksgiving Fun

Had Grandpa in town for the Cougar game and then we cruised into Thanksgiving week. So thankful for our wonderful little family. And the friends we have to spend the day with.
