For the fifth year, we participated in the 4K on the 4th. There are always some very elite runners that are fun to watch (the prize for the winner is their weight in beer, so the competition is pretty intense), the weather has always been hot and the beer and breakfast burritos that follow are worth every minute. This year we pushed Audrey who snoozed right along!

We finished the day with a BBQ with friends. However, with all the craziness of kiddos running around, we failed to get any pictures of the event...lesson learned to keep the camera close...

This will be the last time you see these bows...newborn bows leave quite the mark on an almost 3-mo old...oops!
