This ten month old is full of personality. A little bit about our busy bee...
- She's Excitable: When she loves something she makes it known by kicking her feet, flapping her arms and shreaking. Her newest excitement - her toothbrush.
- She's Still Stubborn: Whether we're trying to cut her nails, get her dressed, change her diaper, touch her hands, wipe her nose or get her to sleep. If she doesn't want to do it, it's quite a battle.
- 2 More Teeth: With four top teeth and 2 bottom, she has a total of 6 teeth now. It has been a month of discomfort and drool for this little one.
- Loves To Dance: Especially to Twinkle Twinkle (see video in previous post). Now she's starting to entertain us with bootie drops while holding onto the coffee table if there is any music playing at all.
- She's a "Talker": Her vocabulary and babbling continues to expand. Still nothing that you would really consider a word, but a lot of noise that we take for conversation.
- She Loves a Good View: One of her favorite things to do is look out the window at dad and Sark when they are out in the yard playing fetch or sniffing around.
- Chase is Her Game: She has become a speed demon crawler and she loves it when we chase her around. She'll race from room to room and laugh uncontrollably when we catch her.
- She's Figured Out Doors: And loves to throw them open to plow through in said game of chase.
- Into Sharing: If she has a toy, she will hand it to us (or Sark) and thinks it is so funny when we take it and say Thank You. Recently she's figured out she can share food with Sark by dropping on the floor or holding it out over her tray. And...she thinks he loves sharing his food with her.
- She's Eating EVERYTHING: And a lot of it. Some of her favorites...avocados, cheese, yogurt, waffles, toast, grapes, squash and eggo waffles. And because of her big appetite...
- She's Growing Like a Weed: It seems like she grows an inch a day. We can hardly believe how big she is getting - she's looking like a little girl.
- She Brings Us Joy. So much, every day.
