And...the movement has been happening and this boy is fast! His form started out with arm movement but pulling his knees along. Now that he has the leg coordination figured out, he can get anywhere fast. His favorite is bee-lining it for Sark's water dish or the bathroom.
We've taken to calling him 'slappy' because you just hear him slapping down the hall getting to wherever he feels he needs to go. He will also pick up anything and immediately begin banging it against something else...such a boy.
Not only can he move, he can pull himself up and does so on the wall, on the table legs, on the bathtub and on mom's legs when he wants to eat or a cuddle.
Two teeth have popped through and we believe a few more are on the way.
He's had a few colds and viruses this month. Between that and the teeth our happy boy who didn't shed a tear for the first half year of his life, is a little more touchy. But I don't blame him. He likes to be held, unless he wants to be on the move!
Sleeping had gone down hill (likely due to illness and teeth and now maybe habit...). He's waking up at least 1-2 times a night. And just wants to eat.
Naps at home are also becoming non-existent. He's harder to get down because he pulls himself up to scream and only naps for about 45 minutes at a time...his sleeping habits may take after his sister after all.
Speaking of his sister, he loves to follow her into her room and play. You just hear Audrey talking to him and him squealing and they can entertain themselves for quite awhile. It's ok for your 3 year old to watch your baby, right? She doesn't let him get away with half the things dad does!
He's into squealing and grunting. And he's still the cutest little guy he could possibly be.
